FullPageSnap is a Chrome extension for capturing, annotating, blurring, and saving screenshots. This page explains what data the extension touches and how.
Screenshots — 100% local
All capture, annotation, blurring, and export happens entirely inside your browser. Captured images are never transmitted to us or to any third-party server — nothing about the pages you capture (their content, URLs, or images) ever leaves your device. This is also stated in the extension's store listing.
Permissions we request, and why

Inject the capture overlay and editor onto the page you're viewing, on any site, only when you trigger a capture. We don't read or collect page content beyond what's needed to render the screenshot you explicitly request. |

Free trial & license (Pro features)
If/when paid Pro features are introduced with a free-trial period:
- The date your trial started is stored locally in
chrome.storage.localon your device. It is never transmitted anywhere by us. - Purchases are handled by Gumroad, a third-party payment processor. When you buy a license, Gumroad collects whatever it needs to process the purchase (e.g., email address, payment details) — see Gumroad's own privacy policy for how they handle that data. We do not receive or store your payment information.
- The license key you receive is verified by sending it directly from
your browser to Gumroad's license-verification API
(
api.gumroad.com), then stored locally so you don't have to re-enter it. We do not see, collect, or store your license key ourselves.
What we don't do
- We don't run servers that receive your screenshots, page content, or browsing data.
- We don't use analytics, trackers, or advertising networks.
- We don't sell or share your data with third parties, other than the payment processor strictly needed to complete a purchase you initiate.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date.
